Terms (Short version)

This is a simple, strict policy designed to protect both customers and coaches. Replace with a solicitor-reviewed version before full launch.

• Services: coaching, VOD review, routines, and educational guidance only.
• No boosting: we do not provide rank boosting, cheats, scripts, exploits, or any activity that violates platform rules.
• No credentials: we will never ask for your login details. Never share them with anyone.
• Scheduling: bookings are confirmed after you submit the form and we agree a time.
• Reschedule: allowed with 24 hours’ notice (case-by-case emergencies).
• Refunds: refunds only if the coach cancels and cannot reschedule.
• Conduct: respectful communication required. Harassment or abuse ends the session without refund.
• Results: results vary. Improvement depends on practice and adherence to routines.
